*Pricing Conditions: Prices include GST and are based on a supply and install. All hard-wired 240v smoke alarms and wiring are installed by a qualified licensed electrician. Any significant reconfiguration requiring additional wiring and labour will be quoted as required on site. Annual Test and Inspection of all 240V/9V smoke alarms with a removable 9V battery will require a battery replacement at the additional cost if the 9V battery is missing or not fit for purpose. Properties which require a combination of both wireless and 240v smoke alarms will need extra wireless base/s to enable system to be interconnected. Minimum quantity of 2 x of the same type of alarm per property, otherwise a call out fee will apply. As some items can only be priced onsite due to either complexities or unforeseen circumstances and therefore cannot be quoted prior to performing the work on the day.
